I have been to Complete Auto Care twice now and both times have been very pleasant. Tim is who I have worked with both times and he was kind enough to go out of his way to thoroughly and patiently explain things to me as I don't have extensive knowledge of auto repair and terminology. I would recommend them to anyone and will be back.
Took car in for ignition switch.. he cut bunch wires. Said he fixed it. Wouldnt start when pick it up.. messed with the key got it started.. same problem never fix.. they suck very rude.. going report too bbb. Took 200.00 from us for nothing... they rip us off I,m pissed...

Took my car here because my regular mechanic is too far away they told me I needed a tune-up even though I had just had one within the past 3 months if that they said it would be over $330 I agreed because I drive for work and I needed a car within a week my check engine light was back on again so I took it to my regular mechanic come to find out I did not need a tune-up I actually needed a coil and that's only going to be $150 I have a special needs child and that money could have really helped us get some therapy toys for him I drained all of my savings to get what they had suggested done I'm very disappointed with their service and I will never go back there or recommend this place to anybody under any circumstance they also chain smoked cigarettes in the lobby while I was in there with my two children I would not even give them a one-star rating but I had to to leave this review worst place I've ever been it's a further drive if you live in the Troy area but Mike's Towing and automotive repair in Warrenton Missouri would be the place I would go every time it's worth the distance
