Very unprofessional we got the unit and the lady forgot to take the temp lock off the unit. We couldn’t get in when we went back. We lost all our help to help us move in and had to pay the uhaul another day. We have called and tried to get a credit. They never return your calls and blocked us from calling. Everytine we go up there is no one there. And the code never works to get in the gate. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Terrible customer service!!!

We have had a unit here for almost 6 years. Ron the previous manager was wonderful to work with. Now under new management as of around September of 2017 and They are horrible. We get locked out for nonpayment but we have auto pay and are paid in full. Now they require insurance so they added $12 a month on are bill with no notification. They don't have it together at all! Every month it's something I'm having to call up and deal with.
