BEWARE!!! "Bait and switch" scam artists. I called to verify that a truck listed on craigslist was still in stock and was assured it was still available, when I arrived Brad Fruendly gave me keys to a totally different truck than the one in the craigslist add after telling him this was not the vehicle shown in the add, he still tried to sell it to me. Also address posted is 11 miles from their actual location. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!
Good prices and Great service. Run by Brad, Jason And Tiffany Fruend (pronounced Friend). The Fruend family has been doing business in St. Charles County for many years. Their dad, Lew was a respected State Farm agent in O'Fallon. I didn't know all this going in, I was just looking for a Van. They have a large, ever changing selection of used vans and work trucks of all sorts. Even though they were very busy with fleet buyers they still took the time with me to help me find what I wanted. Lots of time! Tiffany took care of all the paperwork and the whole process was enjoyable. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to anyone. Do you homework online....you'll buy from Fruendly!
