We were wanting to get a dually and test drove one. There was out under the hood and we wanted it checked out before we bought it. They were going to call when it was checked. They never called! We had to buy out of town!
Went for an advertised offer. The staff were very pleasant, no haggling, and.....helpful to find an available representative to help two of us! Kudos JTF!

They have the worst service department. Look at the other reviews it use to be great when the dealer was Price Gnade now that's it Jim Trenery it is terrible. The service department has no clue they charge more than the other Ford dealers in the area a 600$ repair they wanted to charge me 750$ when I said I will take it to a different dealer they just hung up on Me. Do your research before using them go to another dealer if possible. I have bought 3 vehicles from them and I will never buy another.
Having trouble with my new car. Spent approx $50, 000 for the car and it isn't getting any better. When Price Gnada had the dealership it seemed much better and now the help they have is not so nice. Be careful their service is not so good...if they even have time to get you in.
Service department is a joke. Service manager is lacking in the customer service department. They won't call and tell your your vehicle is ready to be picked up after 3 weeks of being there for a 2 day job, and then threaten to charge you for not bringing back the loaner you were given.
