Took our Mountaineer in for oil change and check to see what made it miss. They got it in quickly and found the problem and all is well. Took it to Tennessee and the gas mileage is great! Thank you for all you do! Jennifer and Carly are the best! The tecks are super and we will not go any where else for service or for buying a new car.
I always take both of our vehicles here for The Works oil change system checks. This service has kept problems at the minimum. That means zero additional expenses for either the car or truck. The sales staff is also a pleasure to work with and the quality of the products has met or exceeded our expectations.
We loved our salesman when we bought a used Chevy Captiva from Price-Gnade Ford dealership. Said we can have it serviced there etc. Not the case when I called in the first couple months of ownership. I was told at the service dept I would need to take my vehicle to a Chevrolet dealership to have it service. Wait what? You advertise you work on all makes and models? Called our salesman we loved. He said he would find out why we were told that and get back to me in 30 min. Never heard back from him. Called 2 more times and left messages on his voice mail. Well so much for customer service.

Great staff at Price Gnade Ford. Ed, our sales pro was very attentive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made the experience pleasurable considering I last bought a new vehicle in 1992. Overall rating 5 out of 5 stars for Ed, Jim and Chris not to mention the satisfaction with the new Focus. I did my homework and had narrowed the field down to two. Chevy Cruze and Ford Focus. Test drove both on the same day to get a good comparison and hands down the winner was the focus. I have always been a GM man,three suburbans a safari and an olds. Now I find myself owning all Ford. The Focus, an F-150 and a Lincoln LS. Ford has really turned the corner and it must come from the European influence, which is a good thing.
Service Department is wonderful. They are easy to work with on scheduling when you need to get your vehicle in quick. When problems are found during a safety check they explain the problem in terms you can understand and break down all the costs. Service is quick. I normally wait and rarely wait very long for the job to get done. Gina, Carly, and Jennifer do a great job of keeping appointments on time.
